Seventh Wasp - [written]
[It started around noon. He had been reading a new book to the mice when there's a sudden hic. It was enough to startle him and the mice and make them all jump… though Sion jumped because he hiccupped. It’s been a long time since he’d had the hiccups.
But he approached it like everyone else would! First, he held his breath… nope. Then he chugged some water in a few different ways… still not gone. There's no one around to surprise him so he couldn't try that out.
Ugh...
By the time he gets to his journal, it’s a few hours later and the hiccups have yet to stop. It's gotten very tiring and annoying. He’s run out of ideas on ways to make them stop too so there’s only one thing he can do now.]
Does anyone know of a good way to get rid of hiccups? I’ve already tried to drink water and hold my breath but neither worked.
Thank you in advanced.

How exactly would you drink it upside down? [DOES HE NEED TO GET A STRAW OR SOMETHING]

He does exactly what she says, taking a big gulp of water, sitting upside down and swallowing the water that's in his mouth. It's definitely a... different way to do to it but he manages. He sits up when he's finished, waits then after a moment he comes back AND.... ] It didn't work.

Are you sure you were upside down enough? You weren't just kind of upside down, were you?
[written]
Well, I think I was. I'm not sure how I could've been any more upside down. I was on the couch with my legs resting on the back and my head hovering above the ground.

Maybe you just need to drink more water! Maybe you could use a straw and just drink an entire glass upside down.

Do you know of any other methods? [Because he can't keep drinking water upside down if it doesn't work sob. Gonna go get another glass of water before she responds though]

Maybe if you laugh really hard, that would help. I know laughing a lot can cause hiccups, so maybe it can get rid of them, too!
[written]
Laugh? Well I suppose that is a way that could possibly disrupt the rhythm the hiccups but I can't just make myself laugh. If I were to try it would be forced and fake since there's nothing to laugh about.

[She may have messed this joke up before, but this time she's got it.]
What did the magician say to the fisherman?
[There's a pause before she writes the rest.]
Pick a
bass, any bass!troutminnowNevermind. It would probably help to look for a joke book or something in the library.[written]
Huh]
Pick a what? [TELL HIM HE'S CURIOUS NOW]

I can't remember. I'm sorry! I really thought I had it this time! All I can remember is that it's some kind of fish.
